Under New Jersey law (N.J. Rev. Stat. § 54:32B-8.32 and P.L. 2024, c.64), Precious Metals purchases under $1,000 are subject to NJ State Sales Tax. Purchases of $1,000 or more qualify for a sales Tax Exemption. To address this matter we are not taking transactions under $1,000.
